- The item is in its original packaging, including all tags and labels.
- The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
2. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@retaibrigade.com or customer support number. We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable.
3. Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item, and we will send you the correct product or issue a refund, based on your preference.
4. Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, reason for return, and any relevant details.
- Our team will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization if required.
5. Return Shipping:
- If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
- If the return is for any other reason, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
- For cosmetics / consumeable items due to covid 19 no return is applicable if opend / used.
6. Refund/Exchange Options: Upon receiving the returned item and inspecting its condition, we will process your return as follows:
- For returns due to damage, defect, or incorrect item: We will offer a full refund to your original payment method or provide a replacement, based on your preference.
- For returns due to other reasons: We will offer a refund minus any applicable restocking 15% fees, or you can opt for store credit.
- Exchanges for the same item or a different product of equal value can be arranged, subject to availability.
