1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for items that meet the following criteria:

  • The item is in its original, unused condition with all tags and labels attached.
  • The item is returned in its original packaging.
  • The return request is initiated within 7 days of receiving the order.
  • Certain items, such as cosmetics and consumables, are non-returnable if opened or used, due to hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@retailbrigade.com with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

We will guide you through the return process and arrange for a replacement or refund. RetailBrigade will cover the return shipping costs in such cases.

3. Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. You can choose between:

  • Receiving the correct product (we will arrange the replacement), OR
  • A full refund to your original payment method

4. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@retailbrigade.com or call our customer support number.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos (if applicable).
  3. Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions, including the return shipping address.

All returns must be sent to the appropriate CJdropshipping warehouse, as provided by our support team during the return process.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • For cosmetics and consumables, no returns are accepted if the product has been opened or used, in accordance with health and safety guidelines.

6. Refund & Exchange Options

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your return within 30 business days.

  • For damaged, defective, or incorrect items:
    • Full refund to the original payment method OR
    • A replacement of the same item
  • For other reasons:
    • Refund minus a 15% restocking fee, OR
    • Store credit for the refunded amount
  • Exchanges for the same item or another product of equal value are subject to availability.

7. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • The posting of refunds to your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

8. Cancellation Policy for Cosmetics & Consumables

Due to COVID-19 safety measures, cosmetics and consumable items are non-returnable if opened or used. If the product is unused and in its original packaging, a return request must be initiated within 7 days.
